On June 20, 2018, the Ephraim City Council passed a resolution strongly encouraging residents to find an alternative way to celebrate the 4th of July this year other than lighting fireworks. New State legislation prohibits cities from banning fireworks city-wide; however, the City is experiencing extreme dry conditions and Mayor Squire and the City Council would like you to be aware of the following:
(July 2-5 and July 22-25 between the hours of 11 am and 11 pm)
We wish you a happy and safe 4th of July and encourage you to join The Mayor and Council in finding a new way to celebrate this year.
