The Easiest Way to Pay Your Bill

Our new online payment option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how
you pay your bill.

If you have an internet connection and an email address, you can now pay your bill
online! It’s fast, it’s easy, and you no longer have to write a check each month or find a
stamp when it’s time to send in your payment.

How It Works

We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, the premier provider for online payment
systems.

When you sign up for online bill payment, you will get a secure password to access
your personal account at xpressbillpay.com. Every month we’ll send you a reminder
email to let you know when your bill is online.

Then, log in through your web browser and view your bill. Select a payment type —
credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer — enter the requested information,
and you’re done!

It’s that easy, and it only takes you a few minutes.

If your account is delinquent, if you have received a shut-off notice or if you are currently disconnected, you must call the following number before making a payment.

Utility Services can be reached by calling 435-283-4631.

Important

Ephraim City is not liable if you received a shut-off notice and do not call the Ephraim City Offices. If your utility account is past due, your utility services may be disconnected and will be subject to a $40 reconnection fee before services are reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make a payment during the weekend, your electricity will not be turned on until 10 a.m. the first business day.
