You may pay fines in person at City Hall, by mailing a check to the court, by calling the court and paying with a credit card or paying at the link below.

Payment Types Accepted
Cash, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Visa or MasterCard. Checks made payable to Ephraim City Justice Court.
A receipt will be issued for all payments made in person. A confirmation number will be given for phone payments. Please retain your confirmation number and receipt as proof of payment.
Returned Check Policy
Per UCA 7-51-1, a $20.00 fee will assessed for all returned checks. An additional $20.00 fee may also be assessed if, after notification, the returned check is not covered. Future payment must be made in cash or money order.
Per UCA 78A-2-229 Private, Protected, or Sealed Documents Received by the Party that the Party would not have received but for the litigation and pro se representation are confidential and may not be distributed outside the parties or the court without prior authorization by the court.
