1. What services are covered in my Ephraim City billing?: All services except your gas and phone. (i.e. power, water, sewer, garbage and taxes.)

2. What payment options are available to make my utility payments?: We offer several ways for you to pay your bill: - You may pay online. - You may elect to have direct debits from your checking account by submitting to City Offices a voided check with your account number. - You may send your payment in the mail. - You may put it into the drop box located in the parking lot east of City Hall. - You may pay in person at City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

3. When do I get my bill and when is it due?: Bills are sent out the first of each month. If you do not receive your bill within the first week of the month, please contact the Ephraim City office to get your current amount. Due date is the 16th of each month. If the 16th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the next business day. Our office is not closed for every holiday. Please call to see if we are open.

4. Is a deposit required?: Yes, a deposit is required for water and electric services as well as a processing fee. The total required is $170.00.
